Our Commitment

Background Connect Services LLC (“BackgroundConnect”) is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for all visitors and applying relevant accessibility standards.

Conformance Status

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. They define three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

BackgroundConnect’s public website at backgroundconnect.com is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2 Level AA. “Partially conformant” means that some parts of the content do not fully conform to the accessibility standard. We are actively working to identify and resolve any areas that fall short, and we review our progress on an ongoing basis.

The BackgroundConnect public website is designed to be compatible with:

Limitations and Alternatives

Despite our efforts to ensure accessibility, some limitations may remain:

We do not control the accessibility of third-party content, but we choose our vendors with accessibility in mind and will pass along any concerns you report to the relevant provider.
